“Took my daughter prom dress shopping and we looked all over Knoxville to find her dress. The last store we went to was Bella, an hour before they closed. Diane greeted us and was so sweet and kind. She helped us pick several dresses that all looked amazing. The dress my daughter fell in love with was a tad too small. She was able to contact the sales manager who wasn’t there and check to see if we could order it. She placed the special order with the designer for us. She even gave me a list of alterations places she recommended since we’ll have to get the length adjusted. She was fantastic and made our shopping experience perfect.”
